Here are a couple of pictures that you might find amusing...taken while still at my daughter's house/pet sitting

and Sambi says...leave me alone Sophie...

let's battle this out....

please let me outside NOW!

and why you might ask?

this dog won't let my tail alone!!

I made it through the house/pet sitting and came home and prepared for my two scopes....still waiting for the results...and surgery has been postponed until further notice.

Many people have been talking postcards.  I have one on my refrigerator....here it is...(excuse the glare)

My daughter (the one in Florida) sent me this a couple of winter's ago....she was rubbing in the wonderful Florida sunshine during the winter....I kept it as a reminder and a goal that someday I could switch sides.

Have a nice evening...

  1. Love the cat and dog...so cute. I think you should move to Florida. You love it there, it is warmer, you would be close to your daughter, and many other reasons...lol The postcards your daughter sent tells the whole story for you.

    1. I have been wanting to live in Florida for quite a while now. Just can't financially and of course healthwise right now.

  2. I would be happy to have you down this way, a little closer. We could visit more often! The pets are so cute, and do seem to get along well. Ruth, you are in my prayers and I hope the scope sees the problem and that is it an easy fix. Thanks for keeping us posted. Love & hugs.

    1. Thanks for the prayers...much appreciated. I would be thrilled to be down there away from the cold and snow...of course, then I would miss my children and grands here in Michigan.

  3. Those pictures are so cute of those two sweeties. Glad you made it through the pet sitting and you are back home. Sure hope the scope brings results that shows the problem can be easily taken care of. I also hope it will not be a long time for you to get better. Keeping you in thoughts and prayers sweet Ruth. Hugs

    1. Thanks so much for your kind words and prayers. I hope the doctors find the answers so I can proceed with my surgery and have some relief for my knee pain. Everything happens for a reason though and I am trusting the Lord on this one.
